Course Description

This course provides basic SSL theory and hands-on technical training on the SSL accelerator portion on of the VPN Gateway. The student will learn how to configuration, administration, implementation, management, troubleshooting, and operations of the SSL portion of the VPN Gateway.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to administer and configure the VPN Gateway for SSL acceleration.

Intended Audience

Technical support personnel, system engineers, design engineers and others who require knowledge and hands-on training on implementing and maintaining SSL acceleration on the VPN Gateway product.

Prerequisite Skills

Practical understanding of Layer 2 and 3 protocols, and experience with networking infrastructure products including bridges, switches, and routers. Also solid understanding of TCP/IP and web based protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, and DNS.
